Swim team is done-which means I have my mornings back! It felt so good to get some running in today-this month has definitely NOT been my favorite. I'm keeping all of my running from here on out really slow and easy to make sure I don't do anything stupid. I did a .25 mile warm-up, ran .75 miles, then stopped to stretch some more(things are getting a little too rearranged already). After the extra stretch, I ran 1.25 miles at 6.0 mph and did a .75 mile cool down. I could have done more, but I really don't want to push it. Hopefully I'll get back into my routine now that summer has officially started! (With only 3 weeks until school starts, oh goody!) |
