| | Okay run today. My breathing felt really off for some reason. I stuck with it though. Did 3.25 miles in 30:11 minutes, then did a .75 mile cool down. Knee is still kind of bothering me, but just barely. |

| | I think all the junk food I've been eating is seriously messing with my breathing. Everything just feels harder this week. Ran 3.25 miles in 30:13, then did a .75 mile cool down. My knee is still bothering me, but I think it's more a combination of not stretching enough, eating too much crap, and my shoes are starting to wear out (I think). I'm going to focus on stretching more today. |

| | Since my knee has been bothering me more this week, I tried a new method of running. I did a .25 warm-up walk, ran 1.25 miles at 6.4 mph. then tapered down one notch for every .25 miles. I ended up running 4.25 miles in 43:00, then did a .5 mile cool down. My knee popped a little in the stretching afterward and now it feels great. I think I might start doing this kind of run whenever I have the time to. It felt great and I didn't feel tired at all when I was done. |

| | Due to Paige's swim meet on Saturday, I didn't get a chance to run. Today I tried the taper run again and liked it alot. I ran 1.75 miles at 6.5 mph, then tapered down one for every .25 miles. I ended up running 4.5 miles in 44:09, then did a .5 mile cool down. I'm getting excited to run Marion in on Saturday-it's going to be so much fun!!! |

| | I finally ran again! Swim team has thrown a serious wrench in my exercise plans! And I'll throw in the weather with that too-I was going to try to run/walk around Lehi while Paige swam, but the weather has NOT cooperated! Anyways, Paige didn't get her chores done in time to make it to swimming today, so we stayed home and I finally got a run in! I'm feeling so out of shape it's pathetic. I've eaten so much junk food the past couple of weeks and it shows! I ran 2.5 miles, and speed walked the rest. I think the total time was something like 32:48 or something close to it.

| | I finally made it back to running! These gapes are NOT good for me at all. I took it nice and easy today. I ran 4.3 miles in 44:49. I did the first 2.25 miles at 6.2 mph, then took it down a notch for ever .25 miles. It felt good but I feel fat. |
