I think this week is going to be much better than last week.  I did 3.25 miles in 29:45, then did a .5 mile cool down.

I managed to squeeze in a longer run today.  I did 4 miles in 36:09, then did a half mile cool down.

Ran 3.25 in 29:35, then did a half mile cool down.  Had some issues with cramping, but worked through it.

Today is the first time I can think of that I used running as a stress reliever.   I've been so nervous about Adam's dad that I just needed to have something else to focus on for a little while.  Of course, all I thought about during the run was the surgery and how it's going and how much they have done already.  But still, I didn't turn to ice cream and chocolate, which is DEFINITELY a first.

 Anyways, I ran 3.25 in 29:34 and did a half mile cool down.

I tried to do a long run today, but I got too bored.  I ran 3.5 miles in 31:22, then increased the incline to 2 and walked another mile at 5.0.

Very weird day.  Ran 1 mile on the treadmill, walked about a mile with my sister-in-law, then did a bunch of walking around doing some moving so I'm counting that as another .5.  Who knows the time, but my back is a little sore from moving furniture.

I was able to get a better run in today.  Yesterday went to the birds, but at least I got some activity in.  Today I ran 3.5 miles in 31:44, did a faster walk for .5 mile (at 5), then did a quarter mile cool down.  It felt pretty good.

Weddings are of the devil when it comes to food.  I think I ate about a week's worth of desserts in a 90 minute period.  But, oh, was it worth it!  Anyways, today I tried to get back on track.  I ran 3.5 miles in 31:47, then walked .75 miles.  Total time was 40:54.  It felt good.  I just wish I had more time to stretch a little more sometimes.

My running has become completely spastic this month.  Due to another change in plans, I was actually able to fit in a run today.  My body is definitely letting me know it doesn't like such a long break between runs-especially when so much crap is consumed as well.  I ran 3 miles in 27:48, then walked a mile.  Hopefully a routine will materialize again in the next couple of weeks.

Ran 3.25 miles in 29:31.  I've decided to start doing a little longer cool down, so now I'm doing a half mile at 5, then really cooling down for the last .25 mile.

I'm really struggling with focus this week.  Today I did 3.25 in 30:34, but I walked the last .5 and took a couple of breaks.  Hopefully next week I'll get back on track with everything-I'm going to Denver for the weekend so will probably miss the next few days of running.

Well, I know what part of my problem is this week-sinus pressure!!!  I think the left side of my face is going to explode.  I hate allergies.  I decided to take it slow today so I ran 2 miles, walked 1, ran 1.5, then did a .5 cool down.  Total time was just over 50 minutes.

My breathing felt off today.  I ran 3.25 in 29:33, but I paused 3 times for about 30 seconds each time.  Then I did the cool down.  It felt good to get the running in after spending the past 2.5 days in a car.

Better run than yesterday again-maybe I'm finally breaking my streak of a week of horrible runs every month.  I did have to stop and stretch for a little bit because the arch of my right foot was hurting a little bit.  Ran 3.25 in 29:36, then did my cool down.  Although I definitely don't love running, I can't deny that it's been a sanity saver this month!

Good run, just some phone interruptions.  Ran 3.75 miles in 34:10 give or take about 20 seconds and 2 phone breaks from my hubby.  Then did my cool down.

I did the weight loss program today-6.3 speed, 5 incline.  When that was done I did some more of a cool down to get me to an even 3 miles.

Ran 3.25 in 29:38, then did .75 cool down.  This is my best run in a while-the only time I stopped was to tie my shoe so I wouldn't trip and break a leg. hehe

Ran 3.5 in 31:34, then did my cool down.  I did stop a couple of times to do some extra stretching.  My hamstrings were feeling tight and my feet were feeling sort of achy.  I think I've been missing my glucosamine pills and it shows.
