A little better than yesterday, but definitely not up to par. Did a .25 warm up, jogged 1.25 miles at 5.7 mph, walked .25 miles, jogged another .5 miles at 5.6 mph, then did a .25 cool down. Stretching hurt like no other, but I think there might be hope in loosening up the past eight months of stress and anxiety. Total time was 32 something or other. Also did the early morning 1 mile walk with the kiddos.
