More stomach issues kept me from running yesterday. I think I see a specialist in my near future because this is getting ridiculous. Today I'm feeling almost normal again, so I wanted to get a long run in. Everything was done with an incline of 1. I ran 2.15 miles (6.6 mph), walked .85 (5.0 mph), ran 1 mile, walked .25, ran .75, then did a .25 cool down. The total time for everything was 52:30. |
