Today was a weird day.  I ended up running 3 miles in 27:47, then walked another mile with the incline set to 2.  I only did a .25 mile cool down and spent some extra time stretching.

More stomach issues kept me from running yesterday.  I think I see a specialist in my near future because this is getting ridiculous.  Today I'm feeling almost normal again, so I wanted to get a long run in.  Everything was done with an incline of 1.  I ran 2.15 miles (6.6 mph), walked .85 (5.0 mph), ran 1 mile, walked .25, ran .75, then did a .25 cool down.  The total time for everything was 52:30.

This week was not my best.  Today I tried to get a longer run in.  I ran 2.5, then alternated walking .5/running .5 the rest of the run.  I finished in 51:35
