Did a mix of the weight loss program and speed walking.  Did 2.65 miles on the program (speed up to 6.3 and incline up to 6), then walked 1.5 miles at 5 mph.  The incline about did me in, but it felt good overall.  I'm hoping for a long, stead run tomorrow morning.

Today I decided to try and figure out my splits.  The first mile is always the slowest since it includes my warm-up walk.  My splits were 9:49, 9:11, and 9:00.  I ran 3.5 miles in 32:00 then did a half mile cool down.  I'm starting to feel like I'm finally finding my groove on this treadmill.  yeah for me!

I was able to get a real run in this morning.  I ran 4 miles in 36:45, then did a half mile cool down.

Today I just did the weight loss program (speed up to 6, incline up to 5), then walked a little bit when it was done.
