| | I did something to my lower left leg last week, so I laid low over the weekend. Today I went for slow and easy. I ran for just under 2 miles, walked for .75 miles, jogged for .5, walked for .25, jogged for .25, then did my .5 mile cooldown. My leg seemed to be better, just a little sore. |

| | Had some problems with my breathing again today, but I pushed through them and ran the full 3.25 miles in just under 30 minutes. The cool down felt really good. |
