| | I'm back! I've been debating for a couple of weeks now, and decided today that I couldn't take it anymore. I have way too many sore and stiff spots that are from inactivity and a newborn. It felt great! I kept it to a leisurely walk, so I did about .50 mile at 4.7, then 1.5 miles at 4.5, then did a .25 mile cool down. Can't wait to feel like running again! |

| | Day two. Felt a little tight when I started, but it felt really good by the end. I think getting back into a stretching routine is just as beneficial for me as the walking is. Did 1 mile at 4.7, 1 mile at 4.5, then a .25 mile cool down. Total time was 30 minutes. |
