| | Not feeling the groove today. I ended up taking several breaks, but I did finish strong. At least that's something. I've been feeling weird the past few days, so I'm trying to take it slow and not push anything. I had a really good stretch at the end. Did .1 mile warm-up, ran 3 miles, then did a .4 mile cool down. Total time was 34:09.

| | Not too bad of a run. I started feeling a little funny about half way through, so I slowed down to a walk. After a few minutes of that I felt better, so I picked up the pace to a run to finish it out. By the end I felt pretty good-just really tight. I have a feeling I'll have to start slowing things down in the next month or so, but my legs are holding out much better than last time so far. Did .1 mile warm-up, ran/jogged/walked 3.15 miles, then did a .5 mile cool down. I finished a 5k in 29:54 and had a total time of 37:37.

Felt pretty good today, even though I had to take several baby breaks to help itty bitty. My legs are feeling surprisingly good still, so hopefully that means I'll be able to maintain exercise longer than last time. Did .1 mile warm up, ran 2.4 miles (kept it at 6.6 the whole time), then did a .5 mile cool down. Total time was 29:39. Trip to the pool with 7 kiddos in tow.

| | Tried a zumba class today with a friend from the neighborhood. It was a lot of fun and great workout! I think I'm going to try to make it as much as I can before my legs quit on me. |

| | One word for the past ten days-ALLERGIES!!!!!!! They have hit us hard and made me miserable. So, instead of running I've been eating chocolate and sleeping. Today I'm determined to start exercising again. Legs are still feeling pretty good, although the run today managed to give me blisters on the arches of my feet. Very weird. Did .1 mile warm up, ran 3 miles(6.4 mph for most of it, then 6.0 for the last .5 mile), started a cool down for .3 miles, then decided to do some slower walking on an incline of 3 for .4 miles, then a cool down for the last .2 miles. Finished a 5k in 29:53, total time was 41:47.

| | Back to school...back to school... Today was the first day of school for the girls and I was afraid they were going to explode from excitement by the time they finally left. Working on figuring out the new routine, so I made sure to get my run in. Felt really weird and exhausted this weekend-I'm really hoping it's from my diet rather than something is wrong. Did a .8 mile warm-up, ran 2.5 miles (kept it at 6.4 mph and only had 2 little breaks), then did a .2 mile cool down. Total time was 37:20.

| | The pads of my feet are not used to the barefoot running anymore. I think I might have some new blisters. On the plus side, I'm pretty sure my weirdness issues are related to what I've been eating rather than something wrong. I just need to be more disciplined with what I eat I guess. Did .1 mile warm up, ran 3 miles (most of it at 6.3 mph, slowed down to 6 for the last .2 mile), then did a .4 mile cool down. Finished a 5k in 30:37, with a total time of 35:16. Off to the doctor I go. So glad my feet and legs are doing so much better this time. Hopefully I can keep up the running until November or December this time...

| | My asics duomax are giving me some serious blisters lately on the arches of my feet. Starting to feel some serious weight gain the past few weeks, and I can't identify if its just how it is, or I'm not eating very well. Did .1 mile warm up, jogged 3 miles at 6.2, then did .4 mile cool down. Total time was 35:30. My feet were hurting by the end.
