Finally got around to running again. Our treadmill had a glitch and needed to get fixed, then Adam has recently decided to exercise every time he's home. Since this has NEVER happened before, I figured sacrificing my runs for a little while isn't too big of a deal. I've been feeling pretty sick lately anyways. I've definitely hit the 'slow it down' phase. My feet are starting to ache, and I think little miss is not appreciating the bouncing around now that she's getting serious about growing. I kept things nice and slow, and switched from jogging at 6.0 mph to walking somewhere between 4.3 and 4.8 mph depending on my feet and stomach. I think overall I jogged maybe 2.25 miles of the 3.6. Total time was somewhere around 41 minutes. Lots of stretching is needed the rest of today.
