I went for a little smaller incline. I kept it at 4 for most of the time, although I did go up to 5 for little while. I also tried .5 mile walking(4.5 to 4.7), then .5 mile jogging at 6.0. It was pretty hard and I get winded to the point of cramping, but it felt good overall. Total time today was 47 minutes. I made sure to do some extra stretching on the hamstrings today too. |
