Starting to feel a little stronger this week.  Did .25 mile warm-up, ran 1 mile, walked .5 mile, ran .75 mile, walked .25 mile, ran .5 mile, then did a .25 mile cool down.  when I was walking I kept the incline at 4, when I was running I kept it at 3 and 2.  Total time was 40:36.
