My bad eating habits are catching up to me. Did .25 mile warm-up, stopped to stretch, then ran 1 mile at 6.2 mph with an incline of 3. Then I walked .5 mile at 4.7 mph with an incline of 3. Ran another .5 mile at 6.2 mph with an incline of 2, then walked another 1 mile at 4.7 and an incline of 3, then did a .25 mile cool down. Total time was 41 minutes. My lungs are definitely feeling it. |
