I pushed the jogging up to 6.4 today. I think I jogged a little more than half. My inner legs are pretty sore,but I didn't get a chance to stretch at the end. I even jogged with an incline of 4 for a lap, and at an incline of 3 for a little over a mile. I'm liking the incline, but want to work on my speed too. I am sick though, so I'll probably stick with this experiment until my lungs are more willing to cooperate. Total time was 36:06. |
