I'm getting back into the groove of using the treadmill again. Today I did more of an incline experiment. I varied between an incline of 2 and 4-2 when I was running and 4 when I was walking. I kept my walking pace at 4.6 and jogged at 6.2 mph. I did a total of 3.5 miles with a total time of 38:25. It felt pretty good, but I'm coming down with something I think. |
