I'm trying really hard to get back into the groove of exercising regularly. I've decided that the treadmill has to be a part of it. Today I did .5 mile warm up, jogged 1 mile, walked .5 mile, jogged .75 mile, walked .25 mile, jogged .25 mile and did a .25 mile cool down. I kept the incline at 3 for jogging and 4 for walking. Total time was 38:32. |
